Hello everyone!

We will hold a meeting at my home on Tuesday, June 6 at 6:00pm to talk about filling Board positions for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year and what the plan for Booster Club will be. 

Please consider becoming a member of the LHHS Swim Booster Club for the 2023-2024 school year. We are planning for big success next year and we need parent help and a Swim Booster Club Board to make it happen. It requires very little time and the more people we have, the less time each person needs to commit.

We will cover:

• Board positions for the upcoming year
• Fundraising ideas over the summer
• Tailgating ideas and committees for fall 2022
• Budget proposals/ideas to support our swimmers
• Any other questions/concerns you may have

Board Positions:

1.President: Runs all meetings, ceremonial events, and represents the Booster Club at outside organizational meetings, retains custody of Bylaws, member of all committees, compliance to LHISD, UIL and IRS rules

2.Vice President: Assists president and fills in when required

3.Secretary: Takes and posts meeting minutes, oversees Bylaws

4.Treasurer: Receives and disburses funds, keeps financial records, collects membership dues, helps develop budgets

5.Historian/Social media manager: Maintains records of meetings, records and social media outlets

We would love to have any and all parents join the Booster Club! It’s a great way to build our swim community and support our swimmers, plus it’s lots of fun!!
